Audition Registration Form & Payment

Friday, June 12th
Ballet III, IV, V: 6:00 p.m – 9:00 p.m.
One year pointe work required. Bring pointe shoes.

Saturday, June 13th
Kinder Combo: 10:00 a.m – 10:45 a.m.
Ballet A & B: 11:00 a.m – 12:15 p.m.
Ballet 1 & 2: 12:30 p.m – 2:00 p.m.
Fritz & Fritz’s Friends: 2:00 p.m – 2:30 p.m.
Boys for Soldier & Mice: Please pick up an application at the Dance Studio, fill out and return by June 13th.

Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled time to register.

Dress Code
Ladies: Solid Color Leotard, Pink Tights, Hair Secured
Gentlemen: Solid color T-Shirt, Black Ballet Pants

All Parents are requested to attend a Nutcracker meeting during your child’s audition time. Thank you.
